The HVAC team always takes such great care of my sites and are always professional. On Friday evening we had a property that experienced a sewage back up in their boiler room and it took out three domestic water line boilers. I reached out to RK Service and they helped me troubleshoot over the phone regarding next steps, parts and worst-case scenario. By Monday we had our boilers up and running. The team went above and beyond, like they usually do, to address my needs in a timely fashion. Their dispatch team is also amazing!

RK Mechanical is our preferred vender for all our HVAC, Mechanical and plumbing needs. They have some great Electricians as well. Who installed a Flue assist fan for us. It is not easy to find a company that can deliver on this many areas of expertise. We onboarded RK in January of 2022 and have been very pleased with their response times and the professionalism from their Techs to project managers. The biggest project they have completed for us was installing two new 5 million BTU boilers and new boiler flue in a very tight timeline. This project was completed on 10/14/2022.
