245 Columbine is mixed-use structure located in Cherry Creek North which offers an array of luxuries including an upscale hotel, two street-level restaurants, a rooftop restaurant, and a Prohibition-themed cocktail lounge.

Halcyon is the new, independent, boutique luxury hotel, which includes 155 finely appointed guest rooms, a rooftop pool deck with food and beverage service, a state of the art meeting and event space, fitness center, 5,900 square feet of retail space and two levels of sub-grade valet parking.

Located in the building’s 5,900 square feet of street-level retail space are Quality Italian, a traditional Italian-American steakhouse owned by the Quality Branded group, and Sage Hospitality’s newest eatery, Departure Restaurant + Lounge, a modern Asian-themed restaurant, featuring upscale crafty cocktails and modern designs. Departure Elevated is the building’s third restaurant that services the rooftop area of the hotel. In the basement is the most exclusive speakeasy-style bar in Denver, B&GC.

RK Mechanical designed, fabricated and installed the all-new mechanical systems for this ground-up building. This included installing VFCUs with chillers and electric heat throughout the building. The team also provided preconstruction and design-build services along with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
